Kawtar is an associate Professor and a researcher (HDR) in sociology at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University (Fez). Şahan Savaş Karataşli
Sahan is an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. He examines the dynamics of historical capitalism, inequality, social movements, labor, and nationalism from a global, long-historical perspective. His research combines theoretical, comparative-historical, and quantitative approaches to address critical social problems on a global scale and to explore pathways toward a more emancipatory and equitable future rooted in transformative societal change.
