The International Max Planck Research School on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy (IMPRS-SPCE) features a unique curriculum of courses, research methods, and summer school sessions. Its research explores the social and political foundations of modern economies and examines the interrelation between economic and social action. Currently, the Institute is seeking doctoral researchers in Economic Sociology and Political Economy and for a new research group on Technology and Sovereignty, see individual calls below.
