Jocelyn Pixley (Macquarie University, Sydney) and Helena Flam (Universität Leipzig) have published an edited collection with Cambridge University Press, called Critical Junctures in Mobile Capital.

This collection investigates the relationship between states and banks, arguing that conflicts between the two over control of money produces critical junctures.
