The conference title Economy & the Possible: Alternative, Missed and Reified Futures in Contemporary Society, will be held 20-21 May 2019 in Warsaw (Poland).

The event is the 3rd of the series of meetings on new economic sociology, which are organized within the framework of the Polish Sociological Association, Polish Academy of Sciences and University of Warsaw.

Gary Herrigel (Department of Political Science,University of Chicago) and Marcin Serafin (Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of Sciences; Max Planck Partner Group for the Sociology of Economic Life) accepted invitations to give keynote speech during the conference. 

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 10 December 2018.
